I always look forward to receiving my Lip Monthly subscription bag, and this month it came early! I couldn't wait to get home and swatch the products.

Monthly is a monthly subscription (duh! look at the name) and it
ships to New Zealand for just $5 extra than what the US pay. Admittedly
it is in US dollars, but it is still a great deal.
The first product is the Jing Ai Lip Pencil in Raspberry Ice $22. It is a twist up pencil lipstick.
Ofra Long Lasting Lipstick in New Orleans $19.90. This ended up being very patchy on the lips, and it dried to almost a powder finish. For a matte lipstick, it wasn't very nice. It may just be that color, but I will have to think twice before choosing another color from that line.
Milani Gloss Stain in Pink Lemonade $6.49. I had to spend 2 minutes twisting to get the product to come out of the brush tip, not the best use of my time. Applying the product, it was very thick and tacky. The color was also so similar to the Jing Ai Lip Pencil in Raspberry Ice, that you can wear this gloss over top. Disappointed to receive two products which had a near color match.
NYC Mascara in Sky Rise 842 Extreme Black $2-3 depending on where you buy it. I was looking forward to trying this mascara, but it really irritated my eyes on the first wear. It isn't water proof, so I was planning to wear it as a first coat mascara, but it wasn't meant to be.
Overall, a decent bag. I can only use the Jing Ai lip pencil, and the Milani Gloss Stain, but I will use them.
