I used Color Club On The Rocks as my base color. It went on in one coat, which is always a pleasure. With chrome polishes, they tend to dry really fast which is why I used it as the base.
I used OPI Chick Flick Cherry as my stamping color and MoYou London Princess collection plate 13.
