I am wearing China Glaze Peonies & Park Ave with diamond holographic glitter!
I did three coats of the Peonies & Park Ave as I could still see the nail in some places. The polish dries to a demi-matte finish.
As always, I had to add something extra. So I pulled out my glitters, and went for the holographic diamond. I used OPI Top Coat to help place the glitter. Once finished placing the glitter, I did another coat to help the glitter stay in place.
But I did want to see what it looked like as a matte finish, so I used Sally Hansen Big Matte Top Coat.
