Today I am trying something a little different. I'm going to use glitter pieces instead of using glitter polish to create the effect I am going for.
Polishes I am using are Morgan Taylor Party at the Palace and Morgan Taylor Best Ball Gown Ever, both are from the Cinderella collection which came out early 2015.
I firstly painted two coats of Party at the Palace on all nails. Once dry, I then painted some of Best Ball Gown Ever onto a sponge and dabbed on to the nails.
I then used a slow drying top coat, OPI Top Coat, on to one nail at a time, and carefully placed the darker blue glitter in a pattern on each nail, with each nail being different. Once I had finished with the dark blue glitter, I added the light blue glitter into the empty spaces.
If I ever do a mani like this again, I would choose a darker glitter for the lighter tone one. One which wasn't so close in color to nail polish.
